Metal detector is free android smart phone app which detects the presence of metal and useful tools for finding metal inclusions hidden within objects or metal objects buried underground.

With android App called metal detector you can turn your android phone into a real metal detector it work by measuring the magnetic field around location of your android phone.

Metal detector detecting various metals using magnetometer by measuring differences,fluctuations and interference of the magnetic filed.

Metal detector app measures magnetic field using a magnetic sensor that is built into your device.
